RESOURCES

WE'RE HERE FOR YOU.

We have links to a wide range of services for 2SLGBTQ+ individuals, including our Gender Affirming Program, crisis lines, peer support, counseling services, gender affirming medical support and other local resources.

GENDER AFFIRMING PROGRAM

At Diversity/Diversité Cornwall we understand how challenging (and costly!) it can be for those who identify as transgender, non-binary or two spirit to live as their true self. No two transition journeys are the same, but whatever the path is that you’re traveling, our Gender Affirming Program would like to help. For those who are living in the Cornwall, Akwesasne, or Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry area, we can provide up to $500 dollars per applicant per calendar year to help cover costs associated with purchasing gender affirming clothing items, legal name change or gender marker updates, mental health support, hair removal, voice training and many other services.

To apply to our Gender Affirming Program online please fill out the form on these pages.

Alternatively you can download the forms.
