Our volunteer Board of Directors is committed to engaging the community and creating opportunities to bring diversity to the forefront of social change.
Liz was born and raised in Cornwall and joined the board in 2017. She is passionate about creating space for 2SLGBTQ+ families and youth in Cornwall to find representation and a sense of community. She loves to cook/bake, take photos and spend time with friends and family. She has two toddlers and is so grateful that they will grow up in town that celebrates diversity.
Alex was born and raised in Cornwall and has recently joined Diversity Cornwall as Treasurer to help out the community. He is an avid gamer in all aspects and edits a dungeons & dragons podcast in his spare time. He loves creating things from cooking to building. He is an avid explorer of our fair city and finds all it has to offer from the local thrift store to the little family restaurants.

When she is not volunteering on the Board, Ally is a mother of two and a child care provider and she is enthusiastic about creating safe and inclusive spaces for all.
Kurt is Diversity’s Youth Engagement Coordinator. He is a proud gay man looking to help everybody grow up comfortable in their own skin, and an activist for everybody to get to live their lives happily on their own terms. When he is not out fighting for inclusive spaces for queer youth of Cornwall, he is streaming videogames, playing Pokémon, and providing tech support.
Morgan is our event coordinator and a proud member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community. She loves to read, sew and spend time with her dog. Morgan wanted to make a difference in the community which lead her to a position as part of the board of directors for Diversity Cornwall.
Justin is a full time Nurse who loves Gaming, likes to cook, enjoys live music/ concerts. Enjoys the gym. Animal lover, has 1 cat. Enjoys equal time at home and out with friends.
Ariel is the Program Manager for Diversity Cornwall and a graduate of University of Concordia. Much of her free time is spent drawing, writing fantasy stories and bargaining with her pet parrot.
